It doesn't get much easier than this, which makes it one of my go-to recipes for a busy weeknight. And as far as some of my recipes go, this one is quite healthy. Enjoy!

- 1lb ground chicken or turkey
- 1lb green beans, trimmed
- 1/4cup lite soy sauce
- 1/8cup honey
- crushed red pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a little oil in a skillet at high heat. Add green beans and cook until they are a little browned. You want them cooked, but still crisp. NO MUSHY GREEN BEANS!
- Remove green beans from skillet and reduce heat down to medium heat. Add ground chicken (or turkey) and cook through.
- Season it with soy sauce, honey, and crushed red pepper. Taste it. Then add more of whatever you want (seriously folks, I've never actually measured for this recipe).
- Take off heat and add back your green beans and stir until combined.
- Serve over rice or couscous.
