Don't let the name McKelvy fool you, I was raised in a strong Italian-American family where we gathered around the dinner table every evening, and for every holiday and celebration. Some of my earliest memories are of cooking with my grandparents in their home in Little Italy in the Bronx. While my roots are in Italian cuisine, I was always encouraged to try different things growing up, and my recipe book collection is quite eclectic these days. I live to cook for my family and friends, and often destress in the kitchen after a long day. I sincerely hope that the recipes shared here are enjoyed by you and those you love. Enjoy!
